Do I need any special equipment for the workouts?

All you need is a non-slip mat and a bit of space. For high-intensity or jumping sessions, we recommend wearing sneakers for proper cushioning. Other than that, no special gym gear or uniforms are required — your focus should be on the movement, not the outfit.

How do I receive my training plan after purchase?

Immediately after payment, you will receive an email with your access details. Depending on your chosen plan (Essential, Standard, or Premium), you'll get your 4-week training calendar and access to all features included in your package — such as the private community, weekly check-ins, or the program library.

I'm a complete beginner.
Is this system suitable for me?

The VFIT method is not a "fitness for hobbyists" program; it is a professional training system. While we don't start from absolute zero, Level 01: The Basics is specifically designed for those who have struggled to maintain a consistent routine or are returning after a long break.

If you have never exercised before, we recommend building basic physical awareness first. However, if you have some experience but have never followed a structured, scientific regimen, VFIT will provide the foundation you've been missing. We don't offer "easy" workouts — we offer a logical system for those ready to make training a daily discipline.

How do the video demonstrations work?

Each workout in your PDF is a direct link to a video. We recommend watching the video once before starting to familiarize yourself with the technique. During the session, don't rush—quality of movement is more important than speed. You can always pause the video to catch the right form.

Can I cancel my monthly membership?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to the materials until the end of your current billing period. However, remember that consistency is the key to results — true change happens when you don't stop.

What if I miss a workout day?

In the VFIT philosophy, daily movement is a basic need, like brushing your teeth. If you have an exceptionally busy day, don't skip—simply swap a high-intensity session for a 15-minute stretch or yoga from your plan. If a skip is unavoidable due to an emergency, return to the schedule immediately. Do not try to "double up" the next day; just get back to the routine.
