This Payment Policy explains how payments, prices, subscriptions, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and related payment matters are handled when you purchase or access digital fitness programs, PDF guides, QR-based video materials, community access, check-ins, Q&A sessions, form review, memberships, subscriptions, ambassador-related services, or any other products or services provided through vfitprogram.com and related pages (collectively, the “Services”).

This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made from Axora Technologies L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at 6th floor, Meydan Grandstand, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“VFit”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By making a purchase, subscribing, starting a membership, accessing paid digital content, or using the Services, you agree to this Payment Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with this Payment Policy, you must not make a purchase or use the paid Services.

1. Prices and Currency

Prices for the Services are displayed on the Website, checkout page, landing page, or other sales page before purchase.

Prices may be displayed in one or more currencies, including but not limited to EUR, USD, GBP, or other currencies supported by our payment processor.

The final amount charged may depend on your selected currency, payment method, country, applicable taxes, payment processor fees, exchange rates, bank charges, or other charges applied by third parties.

We may change prices, packages, discounts, membership plans, subscription fees, promotional offers, and available payment options at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed, unless expressly stated for recurring subscriptions and permitted by applicable law.

4. Authorization to Charge

If your payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not completed, we may suspend or terminate access to the paid Services.

5. Digital Product Delivery

VFit provides digital fitness products and services. Depending on the plan purchased, you may receive access to:

  • PDF training guides;
  • workout schedules;
  • QR codes;
  • video demonstrations;
  • coach notes;
  • progress trackers;
  • habit trackers;
  • community access;
  • check-in forms;
  • live Q&A sessions;
  • form review or personal form analysis;
  • other digital content or online features.

Digital content may be delivered by email, download link, user account, QR code, third-party platform, community platform, video platform, or any other delivery method selected by VFit.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking your inbox, spam, promotions, and other folders, and ensuring that your device, browser, internet connection, QR scanner, and software can access the purchased digital content.

VFit is not responsible for failed access or delivery caused by incorrect user information, spam filters, email provider restrictions, device incompatibility, poor internet connection, browser settings, third-party platform restrictions, or user-side technical issues.

6. One-Time Purchases

Some Services may be offered as one-time purchases for a specific access period, program, plan, PDF guide, digital package, or other paid product.

A one-time purchase does not automatically renew unless expressly stated at checkout.

Access duration, included features, and any limitations will be displayed on the Website, checkout page, sales page, or product description.

After the applicable access period expires, your access to the purchased Services may end unless you purchase a new plan, extension, subscription, or membership.

7. Subscriptions and Memberships

Some Services may be offered as recurring subscriptions, memberships, monthly plans, renewal-based access, or other recurring billing arrangements.

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize VFit and/or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription in accordance with this Payment Policy and the cancellation instructions provided.

The subscription price, billing period, renewal date, included features, and cancellation method will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged for the next period.

7.1. Recurring Payment Consent

If you purchase a recurring subscription, membership, monthly plan, renewal-based access, free trial that converts into a paid subscription, or any other Service with automatic renewal, you expressly authorize VFit and/or its third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis.

Before completing your purchase, VFit will display or make available the material recurring payment terms, including the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal period, applicable trial or promotional period, the date or timing of recurring charges, cancellation method, and any other material terms required by applicable law.

By clicking the purchase, subscribe, start membership, start trial, pay, or similar button, and by accepting this Payment Policy, you confirm that you understand and agree that your subscription will automatically renew and that recurring charges will continue until you cancel the subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided.

You authorize VFit and/or its payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal period, including applicable taxes, fees, or charges, unless and until your subscription is cancelled, expired, suspended, or terminated.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged for the next renewal period.

7.3. Changes to Recurring Payment Terms

VFit may change subscription prices, billing cycles, plan features, renewal terms, or included Services from time to time.

If a change materially affects your recurring payment terms, VFit will provide notice where required by applicable law. Such notice may be provided by email, account notice, checkout notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.

If you do not agree to the updated recurring payment terms, you must cancel your subscription before the updated terms take effect or before the next billing date, as applicable.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated terms become effective, or failure to cancel before the next renewal charge, constitutes acceptance of the updated recurring payment terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.4. Free Trials, Promotional Periods and Conversion to Paid Subscription

If VFit offers a free trial, discounted trial, introductory price, promotional period, or similar offer that converts into a paid subscription, the applicable trial length, price after the trial, renewal terms, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be disclosed before you start the trial or promotional offer.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, after the trial or promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your selected payment method will be charged the applicable recurring fee.

You are responsible for cancelling before the end of the trial or promotional period if you do not want to be charged.

VFit may limit free trials or promotional offers to one per person, account, email address, payment method, household, or device and may refuse or revoke a trial or promotion in cases of misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or violation of VFit policies.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription or membership through your account, payment provider, checkout provider, subscription management link, or by contacting VFit support at support@vfitprogram.com, unless another cancellation method is specified at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

You will continue to have access to the applicable paid Services until the end of the current paid billing period, after which access may be terminated or downgraded.

Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Deleting your account, uninstalling an app, unsubscribing from emails, leaving a community group, or not using the Services does not automatically cancel a paid subscription unless the applicable cancellation process is completed.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, is declined, expires, is reversed, cannot be processed, or is otherwise not completed, we or our payment processor may attempt to process the payment again.

We may notify you and request that you update your payment method.

If payment is not successfully completed, VFit may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the paid Services, including digital content, community access, check-ins, Q&A sessions, form review, subscription features, or other paid benefits.

You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Promotions, Discounts and Coupons

VFit may offer discounts, promotional prices, coupon codes, ambassador codes, referral codes, free trials, limited-time offers, or other promotions.

Promotions are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • promotions cannot be combined;
  • promotions have no cash value;
  • promotions apply only to eligible purchases;
  • expired codes cannot be used;
  • discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases;
  • VFit may refuse, cancel, or revoke a promotion in cases of misuse, fraud, technical error, or violation of our policies.

If a purchase made with a discount or promotional code is refunded, the refunded amount may reflect only the actual amount paid.

11. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If VFit offers a free trial, introductory price, or discounted first period, the terms of the offer will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant sales page.

Unless otherwise stated, after a free trial or introductory period ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method may be charged the then-current subscription price.

You are responsible for cancelling before the trial or introductory period ends if you do not want to be charged.

VFit may limit free trials or introductory offers to one per person, account, household, payment method, or email address and may withdraw such offers at any time.

12. Taxes and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, withholding, collecting, filing, and paying any taxes, duties, levies, charges, fees, assessments, or similar governmental charges that may apply to your access to, purchase of, receipt of, or use of the Website or Services in your jurisdiction.

Such taxes may include, without limitation, sales tax, use tax, value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), withholding tax, digital services tax, income tax, local charges, customs duties, or any other taxes or charges imposed by any governmental authority.

Unless expressly required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, VFit is not responsible for calculating, collecting, withholding, reporting, or remitting any taxes on your behalf and does not act as your tax agent, tax representative, withholding agent, or tax advisor.

You acknowledge that VFit does not provide tax advice. If you are unsure about the tax treatment of your purchase, use of the Services, ambassador activity, referral income, commissions, rewards, or any other transaction connected with the Services, you should consult an independent tax advisor in your jurisdiction.

If any taxes, duties, charges, penalties, interest, or related liabilities arise in connection with your access to or use of the Website or Services, you are solely responsible for paying them, unless applicable law expressly requires VFit to do so.

If you do not agree to assume responsibility for any applicable taxes or if your local laws prohibit your access to or use of the Website or Services, you must immediately stop using the Website and leave the Website.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this Payment Policy.

Due to the digital nature of the Services, including PDF guides, QR-based video access, workout plans, community access, check-ins, Q&A sessions, form review, and other digital materials, payments may be non-refundable once access to the digital content or Services has been provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

14. EU/UK Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within the applicable withdrawal period.

However, where you purchase digital content or digital services and expressly consent to immediate access, download, delivery, streaming, or performance of such digital content or services, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content or digital service has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By purchasing the Services and requesting or accepting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once access begins.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your payment, purchase, access, subscription, or billing, you should contact VFit support at support@vfitprogram.com before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim without first contacting VFit support, or if VFit reasonably believes that a payment dispute is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Payment Policy, VFit may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

VFit reserves the right to provide relevant evidence to payment processors, card networks, banks, platforms, and dispute resolution providers, including purchase records, checkout records, access logs, download history, email delivery records, account activity, IP information, acceptance of policies, and communications with support.

Repeated refund requests, chargebacks, account abuse, unauthorized sharing, copying, recording, resale, or misuse of digital content may result in permanent account termination and refusal of future purchases.

16. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

You must notify us immediately at support@vfitprogram.com if you believe that an unauthorized or fraudulent payment has been made using your payment method or account.

We may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, account sharing, payment misuse, or violation of our policies.

We may suspend access to the Services during the investigation and may request additional information, identity verification, payment verification, or other documentation where reasonably necessary.

17. Access Suspension for Payment Issues

VFit may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to paid Services if:

  • payment fails or is declined;
  • payment is reversed or charged back;
  • a subscription is cancelled or expires;
  • a refund is issued;
  • there is suspected fraud or payment abuse;
  • the payment method is unauthorized;
  • required tax, billing, or payment information is not provided;
  • the user violates this Payment Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, or other applicable policies.

Suspension or termination of access does not necessarily cancel amounts already owed, unless required by applicable law.

18. Local Law and Payment Restrictions

The Website and Services are not intended for use in any jurisdiction where access to, purchase of, payment for, or use of the Services is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful.

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that your payment and use of the Services are lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Website and Services.

We will review billing issues in good faith and may request additional information to investigate.

Failure to notify us promptly may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue, subject to applicable law.
